HATING HATING HATING

Hey peeps. I came across this article and it made me chuckle because I've been o both sides of this fence. About to cross over again into Married land, I've already encountered the Single Woman Eye Roll and I swear somewhere is a Pool on how long our relationship will last, lol.

Taken from Glamour Janaury 2007

What Single Women Hate about Married Women and Vice Versa...

Singles are Hating on Married Women because they...

Love to complain about how dirty their diamond rings are as they show them off.

Expect their single friends to provide a constant stream of 'hilarious' stories about our 'crazy' dating lives.

Suddenly clam up about problems in their own relationship now that they're married.

Act like you're ungrateful if you're not interested in someone they fixed you up with.

Say 'we' this and 'we' that.

Don't seem to reembmer how exhausting (and lonely!) it is to be single.

Sometimes treat their husbands like little kids who've tied their shoelaces for the very first time.

Always leave early on girls night out.

Have the things we (most of us) want.

Married Women are Hating on Single Women Because they...

Act as if somehow the fact that we got married means our life is perfect.

Get mad if you do something simply because your husband prefers.

Constantly ask us to set them up with an eligible bachelor.

Call us 'Smug Marrieds'.

Flaunt the fact that they don't have to consult with anyone before they spend a big wad of dough.

Like to claim "you got the last good one!"

Think they're the only ones allowed to get crushes.

Love to tell you how much they loathe spending money on weddings.

Leave us out of girls nights, girls dinners, girls trips etc. just because we're married!

You are giving me hope, Gurl! I turn forty in six months and ten days and I hope to find my true love this year, too...

...and on Singles vs Married, I would gladly consult before spending a wad of dough, if dude added a sizable amount to the wad! LOL

Best Wishes to you and your family!
